“Rachel has enlisted the help of celebrity health and fitness guru, David Kirsch to stay in shape, and he’s put the former O.C star on his ABCDEF diet plan, which bans alcohol, bread, carbs (starchy ones), dairy, extras (such as sweets) and fruit. ‘She avoids them all, but also exercises most days,’ says our source. ‘She loves jogging, yoga and Pilates, but also does lots of squats and lunges using weights with a high number of reps to build muscle.’”
